No. I don't drink sodas because each can hold roughly 12 teaspoons of sugar. I wouldn't just eat that much so I certainly won't drink it either.
it's good, however you should cut down on the diet colas. there was a recent study that shows that diet colas since they are sugar-free actually confuse the mind since the body recognizes the aspartame as sugar but there's no caloric significance. also, it also tends to cause headaches and increase your appetite.
so i like the cola, although i want to try in regular cola to aviod all those side effects.
Mt Dew is the best pop ever!!!! I stayed up two days straight and was able to watch two kids, unload a food truck, and mop a church floor on 132 oz of it! plus i had enough energy after that to deal with a church full of people who wanted food that wasn't there. Plus I had to talk to mad people on the phone! It is the best pop in the world. (I speak pittsburghese)
