i love mint sleepytime tea, i have it everynight
i use herbal tea bags sometimes, and I'll use one teabag of honeybush and one of rooibus. it's a great combo...errr blend I suppose. Chamomile makes my stomach ill.
I have a cold, so tonite i had a cup of vanilla pear to make my throat feel better. well I thought it was good, surprisingly because i didn't think it sounded like a good combo. and it smells like play dough.
Green Tea...............................
I don't make my owm, but I drink English Breakfast everyday in the winter.
Sleepytime is good too in the evening.
Apple-Cinnamon around the hoidays.
But English Breakfast is #1 with me. Yummy!
jasmine tea is my postively absolute favorite! It smells heavenly, like the scent of jasmine, so it is a little like drinking flowers, but delicious and light and just the best tea for me!
Any tea can be good if you make the right concentration.
The key to me is the honey to sweeten it.
my favourite is green tea, mint and orange...
or pomegranate and apple...
and also vanilla and lavander!

being a Brit - l love my teas. l drink the usual British cuppa and many herbal and fruit teas - having Tibetan friends l even drink Tibetan tea [which is made from a tea brick and mixed with butter - think 'soup' - it is very good but an acquired taste] but my over all favourite is Twinnings' Lady Grey - it is a delicate China tea blended with a touch of Sevillle oranges and lemons, and bergamot - delish! l drink it with a little milk or black with a slice of orange and/or lemon - try it = you will love it.....it is more refreshing than medicinal - but drinking a cup with friends is the best medicine you can have. l have made fennel tea from seeds of the fennel in my garden, mixed with honey - it is very good for getting rid of excess water and therefore is good for slimming and that time of the month when we retain more water..
once I had ginger peach tea and that was good. I couldn't even taste the ginger!
Spiced green tea soy latte is da bomb!
Earl Grey definately.
