Carbonated water doesn't leach calcium from your bones. See the sources linked below for more details.

no

I doubt it.

I don't know about weakening bones (i'll have to look into that), but carbonation tricks the body into thinking it is more hydrated than it actually is.

I've heard carbonated water in pops (regular & diet) is bad for you. I think I heard it's what helps make people overweight. As well as all the other processed foods they make to help us eat like crap. No wonder people are overweight. Foods are made differently than they used to from our past generations. We'd pry all be thin if we ate from our own gardens.

WAAAAAAAAAAAAY unhealthy!!!!!!!!!!

No. But carbon dioxide is bad for you excessively. But if not, then it's fine. They only put it in to give it a zing!

NO! it actually helps you lose weight because it makes you feel fuller and you wont snack a lot...hope it helps

In a way yes. When you breath out you are breathing out carbon, something your body gets rid of because it is considered waste.

I have heard that it is bad for your bones, I drink it also, but I have cut down and use regular water most times. I think the carbonation destroys our calcium.
