What should I start drinking?!


Question: I drink way too much soda and some energy drinks. I hate tea, it tastes disgusting. I also don't like coffee if it doesn't get loaded up with creamers and sugars... I know that there are many different kinds of waters and stuff that you can buy, but are there any other options? I know I'm really limiting the responses. sorry.

If you gotta at least have juice. It's better for you than soda. Although sugared juices still aren't healthy at all. There are lots of options out there though. Try somethin like vitamin water, protein water, etc. And hey what about milk? It does a body good :)

Just drink water. If water has a flavor added it is a soft drink.

Drink water with a slice of fruit, such as lemon, lime or orange. It will naturally flavor the water, and make it more interesting.

water with fresh lemon, lime, or maraschino cherries.

Got Milk? Really good for you too!

Not milk like people say. There are much better ways of getting calcium. Fresh juice would be you best bet if you can get your hands on it. poweraid and stuff is a bit better then pop(or soda as you americans say it) but not much. Orange juice or something is good too even if its not fresh.
