I only had it a couple of times, and I preferred Kool-aide. I didn't like the taste of tang.
I loved that stuff. Did you know that was the first drink to go on board a space shuttle. The astronauts took it on the way to the moon.
I do remember it, but I don't think I liked it. But its been years since I had any or have seen it. It was good enough for the astronauts.

l wasn't allowed tang when l was a kid but l used to go to a friends place and drink it. l wonder if you can still get it here - hmmmm i'll have to check....

I worked on product development for Tang for other countries. We developed lots of different flavors that you never got in the US. Like pineapple, guava, passionfruit, and my all time favorite lychee.
Yes you can still buy it but I don't think it's as good.

yes. and my local stores have raspberry tang currently(although I don't like this one.) those ladies on "how clean is your house?" use tang to clean toilets.

ya it was the best but it not only tastes good but it takes all the orange out of your dishes from well water lolz by grandma always does it at my cabin

It is back. The food channel had a story on "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives " about a diner in New Jersey that makes every kind of martini at their bar. The most unique one was made from an orange vodka and served in a glass that was rimmed with Tang. So Tang is still being sold.
