Answers: What brand of Green tea do you like best and why? I am trying to drink more hot green tea and want to know the best brands, that I can find in my state.
If you love the flavor of Earl Grey, but want the health benefits of green tea, try Ahmad Tea's Earl Grey Green Tea. It tastes just like Earl Grey, but is actually a green tea, not black. I bought it at HEB, so I'm sure you could find it there.
I also love the mild flavor of Stash Tea's "fusion" green & white.
And a great bottled tea is always Sweet Leaf's Mint & Honey Green Tea... SOOO good! :-) Sweet Leaf Tea was founded and is still based in Austin, made here, with real cane sugar. Very yummy.
I like Lipton with Orange, Passionfruit, & jasmine
I've tried the Tazo, but it is bitter. The lipton green tea with mint is also very good.
I tend to like the japanese green teas: Genmai cha and others.
If you live in Austin there are a lot of tea houses you can visit. But the Tea Embassy carries loose leaf teas that are yummy.
You can always go to websites too, like adagio.com. They have a wide selection, although maybe not the best.
