Don't you love Kona Blend coffees?!
Now I've never had Kona, but will someday, but will have fallen for that Kona Blend trick one too many times.. Thank goodness it was only a little package of it. LOL
Answers: I love the marketing of these things....it's a Kona Blend gourmet coffee with all this Hawaiian packaging (already ground), and fancy stories about Hawaiian coffee when the coffee is probably just 1/5th or less Kona and the rest of it is some cheap robusta from all over the world.

I have never had a Kona Blend. Why would I want to pay all that money for less than 10% Kona coffee? That's 90% someone elses trash coffee, coffee that was bought cheap to cut the cost of selling this high dollar BLEND.
I have only drank 100% Pure Kona Coffee. It is the true flavor of Kona...
If I want a BLEND I can always go to Floggers Or Minimumhouse coffee...AND they sell it for a lot less than the shysters with the HighDollar blends...
I learned that the hard way too. I now only buy 100% Kona whole bean coffee and grind my own.

I agree Kona blend coffee is a big marketing pile of crap. What is worse, is "Kona Style" coffee. That coffee does not contain even on Kona bean.
Kona coffee is wonderful. I highly recommend that you treat yourself to some 100% Kona coffee. It is very pricey, but worth every penny.
I love pure Kona coffee, is one of the best I have ever tried, but you have to make sure it is 100% Kona and not a blend.
To make sure that you are buying pure Kona Coffee the product MUST say "100% Kona Coffee" and NOT only "Kona Coffee Blend" or "Kona Coffee".
