Question: i just found an article about coffee art, where the barista draws on the foam of your lattes...

You are in the Mecca of coffee art. Pretty much any REAL coffee house (not Starbucks, or one of those) that serves espresso drinks in real cups made by real Barista's will have coffee art.

You may want to check out the Specialty Coffee Assn. of America web site to see if there is more info there www.scaa.org

I bet though if you just walked down town Seattle, you will find PLENTY of them.
