Question: I drink more than a cup more than 6 times a day. I hardly drink water but if I'm forced to then I will be less than a cup. But juice has water in it doesn't it?

well, juice also contains sugars, and too many sugars can lead to heart problems and becoming over weight. so i would limit the amount of juice u drink each day by just a little bit. like 3 to 4 cups today. i luv juice too. esp. GRAPE

The body needs pure water, too, for health reasons even if juice has water in it.

yeah, same problem with me, you know those really big apple containers that are like more than one pound big, lol, idk how to say it, but those big plastic ones, and I can drink one non- stop for a day. its pretty weird cause my mom has to buy like 9 of those huge things to last one week!

look at the carbs in it. high

Your water intake should outweigh your juice.

Do not be fooled with "juices" that claim to be good for your. Look at the back cover for the ingredients. If you see HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP or the word CONCENTRATE put it down.

Unfortunately the true 100% juices are more expensive. Even if you switch to the "good juice" be aware that even fruit has sugar. It IS natural sugar but still a form anyway. ( its called Fructose Sugar)

Best of luck.

depends on what kinda juice your drinking. most juices have lots of sugar which isn't too healthy thing to be drinking all the time.

No addiction is healthy.

I read somewhere this college kid said he mixed his Orange Juice with half water, so he wouldn't gain weight. I started doing this, it's better, it's not so sweet.

I also switched to drinking V8 splash. It taste great, and it also gives you a good dose of fruits and veggies.

OMG UR ON STERIODS!!1111111

it really depends on what kind of juice it is. if there is lots of corn syrup in it, then it is not very healthy for you and you should limit your daily intake. however, although 100% juices are better for you, they should not replace fresh fruit. juice does have water in it, but that should never subsitute real water.

Juice is really not much better than sugar-sweetened Kool-Aid. Sure it might have some vitamins, but even Kool-Aid has vitamin C. Juices are high in sugar which can lead to tooth decay, cravings, and hunger b/t meals. It also has a great number of calories, and depending upon the type of juice, can cause diarrhea if drunk in excess.

I'd suggest you start diluting your juice. Save an empty bottle, and pour half of a new bottle into it. Then to both half-filled bottles, finish filling w/ water. Shake well adn chil.

well,i would say drink 3 sunny D's a day then the rest drink water.
