Can you make hot chocolate through a regular coffee machine?!
Answers: I do it all the time. I heat the water in the coffeepot and have the cocoa mix in the mug waiting to be dissolved.

just run the water through the coffee machine to get the water hot, then add it to a mug. add the cocoa powder to the mug, and enjoy.
Yes, you can do it two ways.
1. Run just the water through the pot, and then add the hot water to the mug with coco.
2. Put the coco in the coffee pot (not the strainer) and run the hot water through, stir when its done and wa la, you have a few cups of coco (good for when you have a few people wanting some).

Yeah it works and It's much hotter but not scolding hot ^_^
