I really looove the taste of pop, but its so bad for you. What about pop with natural sugars?!
Good ole' mountain dew has the bad for you High Fructose Corn Syrup, but only around 26g
Which is worse for you?
Don't say 'drink water,' or I will do something bad
Answers: Like a grape soda from the organic food store. It has natural sugar, but around 45g of it.

The acid in soda pop eats away at the enamel on your teeth and the sugar feeds the bacteria in your mouth.
If you drink plain water or rinse your mouth with plain water, you can reduce the damage to your teeth until you can brush.
If you want a flavored drink without sugar, try unsweetened kool aid in plain water.
I heard some people add kool aid to milk.
The carbonation in pop is bad for your teeth. If you have to drink it, at least use a straw or I will have to tell you to drink the "you know what" instead. :-)
It's the sugar that's bad for you! All that concentrated sugar goes right into your bloodstream and brings on an insulin reaction. HFCS is no better than cane sugar, in fact probably worse. Fruit juice is marginally better but your body still sees it as sugar-water.
I think diet soft drinks are just fine. I really don't think the carbonation is bad for you.
i'm not sure how ingesting processed sugars, chemicals, and acids can be good for a person. get back to me on this.
well, carbonation is bad for you, it's CO2, which, of course, is bad for you, and sugar all together is bad for you too, why not just drink juice? or milk?
In general, I feel anything natural is certainly better than anything processed, although this is up for debate. That said, I would say that natural sugar cane is better for you than HFCS. HFCS is one of the most processed chemicals in soda, which makes it very dangerous. If you are diabetic, then any kind of sugar is bad for you but at least sugar is natural. There is a reason organic stores only sell sodas with real sugar. I've noticed Whole Foods Market only sells sweets with real sugar, and not HFCS.
