I dare you.

lol........i geuss so

that because it was a commercial, if you buy it and drink it the product, you cannot get wing in real life.

so, your answer is no.

I guess, P.Diddy sued Pro Active when his face broke out, Good Luck!

I double dare you!

Good luck

Please do. I thought so too. Try jumping off a building and breaking a few bones and THEN you'll have more grounds to sue them.

I also would like my wings
maybe class action is appropriate

The standard for this sort of suit is what they call the "reasonable person" standard - would a reasonable person believe the advertiser's claim. I'm thinking.........no.

omg thats hilariouse(lol idk how to spell it.). if you do, email me and tell me wat happened. i would love to find out. haha. ur such a retard, lol jkjk!!!

Thats all this country needs is another lawsuit by a out of work no client lawyer to clog the process of the real issues.Idiot dont u realize thats why we have so many criminals on the streets now is because the lawyers are being paid by our tax system to keep them out so they can have more cases to try & strip the schools & health care away from the people who pay taxes? What would you do with the money if you got a settlement?Buy a cadalic, some drugs, liquor or some flamboyant appearell & be broke in a week?

go on!

Do it! I love Red Bull though, so if Red Bull offers you some of their product for free to keep you away from suing them, hook me up!

Unfortunately, you can sue anyone for anything in America.
