Do you know anyone who is caffeine sensitive?!

Question: I am it sucks and anxiety kicks in.

Answers: I am it sucks and anxiety kicks in.

I am also sensitive to caffeine but have found many decaffeinated choices available in cofees, soft drinks and teas that are very good.

Starbucks has an awesome Decaf Mocha Frappuccino and Joe Muggs Coffee (in Books-A-Million stores) has a great Joe's Choice Decaf blend that you can buy by the pound or less. Joe Muggs makes a great in-house decaf cappuccino, by the way. Caffeine-free Dr. Pepper is my favorite soft-drink, although I can only find it in cans. As for tea, there are many caffeine-free blends available with my favorite being MoCafe Decaf Spice Chai blend. It's a creamy chai latte drink that's out of this world. If you can't find it locally, it's easily found online. I'm also partial to Bigelow's Constant Comment Decaf Spice Tea and for everyday iced-tea, Lipton's Decaf tea.

yes. I'm pregnant. Gave up coffee altogether and now one just makes my heart rate go up.
