What is the difference between juice from concentrate and juice NOT from concentrate?!

Question: This confuses me. Which is better for you. I like to drink 100% juice without added sugars.

juice from concentrate is concentrated (like the frozen stuff) and then reconstituted. it can sometimes get a little watery, and sometimes has sugar added. you have to check the ingredients list to make sure.
juice not from concentrate is just that, not concentrated. it tends to have a better and sometimes stronger flavor, it can also get a little bitter depending on the type.
the vote isn't in yet on which is better for you but i'd go for the not from concentrate.
if it says 100% juice it probably is but check to make sure other juices arent added. some juices have pear, grape or other juices added for sweetness, and that can add on the calories.

concentrate is when they take out the extra water in the juice. there really isn't any difference between the 2 except some people feel that when you add water back into the concentrate it tastes to watery

Juice that isn't from concentrate is generally considered better because it is less processed, no preservatives (the occasional fron concentrate juice has preservatives added) and is almost always fresher because it cannot be stored long term like concentrates. These factors usually mean that the beneficial nutrients, antioxidants and such are not as damaged. But both 100% juice from concentrate and not from concentrate is WAY better than anything with added sugars.
