Coffee, whats worse cream or sugar?!

Question: Ok, so I have decided that I need to eat a little better... gotta pack off those holiday pounds for the summer. One of the things I can not give up however is coffee.
So here is my question. I drink a triple triple. That is 3 sugars and 3 (18%) creams.
I have found that I can also deal with changing the combination a little so that I use milk instead of cream... but in order for that to be tasty I need 4 milks and 4 sugars.
So my question is, which is less bad for me.
3 x 18% cream and 3 sugar
or
4x 2% milk and 4x sugar.
Which is worse? The cream.. or the sugar... I drink about 3 coffees a day.
(Giving up coffee or substituting is not an option, don't even mention it.)

Cream has a lot of fat, so instead use non-diary creamer like Coffee Mate Lite that contains only 10 calories and 0 calories from fat per tsp, makes coffee reach and creamy.

White sugar is full of calories and stripped of all its natural components with no nutritional benefit, try Splenda it really taste like sugar without the calories because it’s made from sugar. If you don’t like Splenda try natural sugar or raw sugar, a healthier solution!

Doesn't matter. The coffee is bad enough, and since you refuse to give that up, why do you care?

It's like someone ordering a Big Mac, Large Fries, and the DIET Coke.

sugar is more fattening, cream is worse for your heart

gosh!gurl!guess what!here on the islands....many people drink coffee, and tell you what!

sugar is really bad, because it leads to diabeties.Wether your skinny or your fat........so drink less sugar with coffee, and yeh,if your really into losing weight drink less cream, too.Because that comes from the dairy side....lol...well i hope you enjoy losing weight, and get the weight youve been lookin 4....

its not the sugar it would be the cream .it is fat that is fattening but you could low fat or non fat cream in your coffee

Okay I know you said no substitute by how about energy drinks not monster cuz that is expensive but like stacker 2 or something 5 hour energy?? ive had those b4 they are rather tasty and last longer than coffee without crashing!

Thankfully- we live in a Splenda world. Give up the sugar- use splenda. You will not notice the difference. And if you want to be really good- non fat half and half. Perfect, awesome, and not great for you, but so much better than the current routine, that the changes will make an impact!!

Both, but if you have to have one I would say sugar. You could do what I did. 25 years ago I drank sugar and cream in my coffee, my dad said if you would make your self drink your coffee with out sugar and cream in it for one month then try to drink a cup with it in it ,you would find out you don't like the sugar and cream any more. I did it and now I don't drink sugar or cream in my coffee or my tea.
