Instead of suing, how about not doing business with them anymore? It is people like you, who will sue over the smallest of things that enrage me. There is no reason to sue over Starbucks getting your order wrong. You can't even prove it. Do yourself a favor, don't sue. You'll save yourself tons of money in legal bills if you don't sue. If you can't live without Starbucks "premium" coffee for 3 hours, you need help. You are going to need to sue them after wasting all of your money on that overpriced, hyped up by the media coffee brand.
