Does anyone out there drink those energy drinks and how many a day is too many?!
me. to answer your question bluedolphin i am pretty sure on
the can itself it states the maxinum amount they suggest drinking a day. a friend of mines son was drinking them very
heavily and developed a heart murmur, the dr. thought consuming too many energy drinks was the problem, so be
careful, once again i think the maxinum amount they recdcomend
drinking a day is stated somewhere on the can itself.
i hope this helped.

I wouldn't drink more than 2 a day.
My co-worker downs those things like water. I think any of them are too many, but she insists that she needs them to get through the day. I tried one, and I was the energiser bunny for about 6 hours, then I crashed. I do not reccommend drinking them. Instead, take a pre-natal vitamin. The only difference between them and regular multi-vitamins is the Iron and folic acid amount. But they are usually cheap, and within about a week you really feel the difference. I am not pregnant but I still take them and don't want to ever stop.
I honestly think that to have 1 everyday is too much, but if you need the boost, the 1 is enough, it knocks you off balance
I've tried red bull, monster, and star only when i'm too tired to drive home (i have a long commute) they taste nasty red bull is not so bad
4 but it usually depends on how many fl. oz. r in the can
more than one a day i luv full throttle.
