When can children start taking tea , coffee and cappuccino ?!

tea is always a good thing for kids, usually they should be around 3 and up. coffee kids shouldnt really drink till 10.
i drank tea from about 2 or three years old and i dont think it harmed me!! my two kids never drink tea and coffee and i wouldnt mind if they did because we only drink decaff!!as long as youre not adding sugar a cup now and then wont hurt in my opinion

i've been drinking coffee since i was like 4 and im fine. i weigh as much as i should for my build and genetics and am an average height. im a blood donor so i get my blood pressure checked often and they keep tellin me its amazingly good and that i am in really good health. therefore, i dont see anything wrong with it. the way i look at it is like this... do you let your kid eat fast food or drink pop? if so you're slowly killing them and ruining their health.... so why ask about something healthy like tea or coffee?
