Answers: Should Coke sue Coke Zero for taste infringement as stated in the commericals? I think they have a case and could get something done. Coke Zero just is not right and I really could care less that it is the same company.

umm no. cause they cant there the same company. (sue coke zero is just a slogan, and advertisment, basically only saying you should try coke zero cause you will like it..)

people dont sue their own company. getting coke zero to taste like coke, is the whole reason of putting in so much research. they already know, they have a wide customer base, and people like coke's taste. they want to have more customers who avoid drinking sodas, since they add a whole lot to to calories, and your exercise for the day goes right down the drain( i literally mean that, down the drain when u pee...). trying a new taste for coke zero is a very big risk, which a company would not take...
usually either they come out with a new taste or some other improvement in an established brand.
