Is coffee bad for your health?!

Question: I really like it and don't know how to leave it alone. I don't smoke, do drugs or anything bad. Only drink coffee. So tell me if it is bad because I hear different things about it and how do I give up on it ?

This is so controversial, every other year they are coming out saying a cup of day helps prevent something or cause something lol

Hi,

Caffeine (which can be found in coffee) is classified as a type of 'drug'. I've done a quick search and found this website http://www.howstuffworks.com/caffeine.ht... which provides information to all you need about coffee addiction and the truth about caffeine - how it affects your body.

It's a useful website, please have a look.

If too much is taken, it is probably bad. Coffee has lots of Caffeine and it's bad for your health if taken too much. I think it will make you nervous but I don't know the exact thing. Chocolate drinks are better for chocolates has less caffeine than coffee. Yum!!!

Don't listen to Dr. DeMinto or that other geek. Coffee is more of a healthful drink than all the other concoctions combined. If you like coffee, drink it.

Being older, anything over 2 cups raises my blood pressure a good 20 points. Used to drink alot, stained my teeth.
Now, it's one cup in the morning, a water bottle the rest of the day.

It depends on how much you drink. Anything that you consume or drink in access is not good for you. I still need my morning coffee to perk me up , but i take only one cup of coffee per day.
