You are not used to it thats why. You probally will be a bit shakey too.Trick your body..... If i was you i would go take a walk for about 5-10 mins that will bring your heart beat up and then you go back into the office sit down drink some water and you should feel 99.99% better. This happened to me once, I tried to drink coffie and it made me shakey and i couldnt concentrate either. So i just Pace walked for a bit and i was fine. It does not agree with some ppl or have the same affects as it does to most ppl

jog for half an hour, that should take care of hte extra cafeeine in ur bloodstream.

Have another one!!!
your brain will soon settle
or drink water

Girl caffine is not that heavy to where u cant concentrate all it does it wake you up the first time i had coffe was in 12 years old and all it did was keep me from goin to sleep............soooooo all you have to do is jus let it subsided and just sit down and watch some t.v. ull end up gettin drowsy goin to sleep and then wen u wake up youll be alright but most likely its not that serious soooooo calm yousself

focus your attention on something that doesn't require much concentration. answer a few questions on here or go for a quick walk. one cappucino shouldn't do this to you though?? odd...

eat, it will help absorb the caffeine and balance you out.

i would say drink lots of water. You might be having a reaction to the caffeine.
