Question: Anybody Can Suggest the ingredients with ratios for Herbal Tea/Drink for Healthy Living?
I want to Prepare my self for a Herbal Drink to avoid Coffee and Tea for Contoling Blood Sugar Levels, B.P, Cholostrol, Triglycerides.This Herbal Drink may be suggested to overcome fatigue and gain strenth Mentally as well as Physically. The ingrdients may be suggested in HINDI Language which will be understandable to Herbal Dealers whose dealings are in Hindi only.

If you would like to replace Coffee & Tea for health reasons, you can drink::

(1) Buttermilk -- curd & water with 2 : 10 ratio;
(2) Fresh Carrot juice -- In a mixie jar, grind 2 carrots, 1 tomato, little bit salt, 1 spoon sugar(if needed) along with water;
(3) You can make smoothies -- any kind of fruits other than bananas, 2 parts lowfat milk and 1/2 part curd;
(4) Fresh juices -- You can squeeze oranges or can make juices with any other fruits, low fat milk and little bit of honey if needed.

You can prepare these by yourself and there is no need to buy anything except fruits.

**TO lessen the cholestrol levels, you need to decrease the Fat intake that means you need to reduce oil while cooking, stop eating any kind fried / deep fried foods. Steamed vegetables are the best ones. Eat lots of fresh Fruits & Vegetables.

**TO reduce your B.P, you need to reduce your Socium (Salt) intake. Again eat fresh fruits & vegetables & steamed vegetables.

**For controlling Blood sugar levels, follow your doctor's advice and use less quantity of sugar in your food. Do not depend on the artificial sugars. We get natural sugars in many fruits & vegetables.

Most importantly, follow the balanced diet. You must include grains, nuts, fruits, vetables & dairy in required quantities in your daily eating food.
