Neither- diet cola is not good for you at all. They have chemical sweeteners instead of real sugar, which is bad for the body.
Regular pepsi definitely... diet is just not good. If you want to diet, you shouldn't be drinking soda!!! doing this is something i just dont understand.....

Well I don't drink either but I can tell you that Pepsi sells better then Coke at all major retailers.
Superizingly, diet coke and diet pepsi has lots of cafine still and it's still soda so sorry but it's still not as good as just drinking water if you're trying to lose weight.
