I've never tried it, but they do make low acid coffees. This company has an espresso blend

The darker the roast, the less acidity. Try something like a Dark Roast Sumatra. It's big, bold, and isn't incredibly acidic. Expresso is, obviously, the darkest roast. So, I'm not sure if anything has less acidity than expresso.

Tho this answer may seem lengthy, please be patient.

Cafe au lait or just plain cafe' made in New Orleans from two hundred years ago is still made at home in the old way. We use a toddy pot, which is a vessel with a well in the bottom and a drain hole. A filter is placed in the well, then a cork is put in the hole. The toddy pot is filled to a certain level with water and then a pound chicory coffee (or a ground coffee of your choice) is poured in. We put a plate over the top of the toddy pot, wait 24 hours and then drain the pure coffee essence into a carafe. Then, whenever we want a FRESH cup of coffee, we put the liquid essence in the cup, pour in water and heat it in the microwave. What you end up with is a very excellent coffee that you can make as strong as you want, BUT because the grounds were never heated, there is NO coffee acid in the liquid. If you are serving more than one cup, you can heat the mixture in a teapot on your stove top.

You can get toddy pots on line from French Market coffee company. You will never be bored again, neither will your guests! Remember, you can make the coffee as strong or as mild as you like and the essence lasts in your fridge for a very long time! If you have questions, email me.
