Keep them in a tea caddy, an airtight light free container.

Put them in a ziploc bag, squeeze the air out, and put them in the freezer.

This won't help the ones you already have. If they're nasty, just buy new ones, although maybe she just doesn't like the brand.

Keeping them sealed in an air tight container and not buying more than you can can use up in a short period of time. Don't buy a box of 100 if they're going to sit for months.

If I open a box I put them in a ziplock baggy squeezing the air out and putting them into the fridge.

I keep mine in a canister with a tight fitting lid. Lots of stores sell them.

Change the brand. Some are just down right nasty

Haha were you actually referring to bags of tea? Or something else? :O

Unless you have a totally airtight situation, the freezer is not a great place to store tea or coffee. It's very humid in there and that humidity will affect the flavor of your beverage. Unless you are purchasing your tea bags in 55 gallon drums, a cool dry place will be more than sufficient

airtight container! it could be the quality of the tea you use.

Are you asking about ACTUAL tea bags? If so, I keep mine in Ziploc bags in the refrig. If you are referring to "other nasty tea bags," TRY WASHING THEM BEFORE TASTING.
