you mean in this day and age you don't have any idea why caffeine is unhealthy, it raises your blood pressure and it speeds up your heart rate, it can cause sleeplessness, among other things

i think the things you have to worry about in coke and pepsi are sugar and the additives. caffeine is not supposed to be bad for you unless you overdo it. there's been some research that showed that women who often drink coke have problems with their bones.

Primemarily stimulates liver to produce insulin, which store everything to fat. It is, also, a false acting drug which initially increases metabolism, but the down-side affects wear-off, less quickly. The down-side is that is depletes the body of natural stamina and energy.
