Which is better for you: Vitamin Water or Snapple Antioxidant Water?!

Question: Not necessarily which one tastes better, but which one is better for you overall?

Are there any other flavored waters like that that are healthier and taste better?

Thanks for all answers in advance.

I'd go with the Vitamin Water.....the Snapple Antioxidant lists sugar as the second most ingredient behind water, which is basically a watered down soda. The vitamin water is sugary as well so IMO they are both terrible and basically just gimmick...

Here are the ingredients of each.....

Vitamin water:
Vapor distilled, deionized water and/or reverse osmosis water, crystalline fructose, citric acid, vegetable juice (color), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), natural flavor, berry and fruit extracts (acai, blueberry, pomegranate and apple), magnesium lactate (electrolyte), calcium lactate (electrolyte), monopotassium phosphate (electrolyte), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6), cyanocobalamin (B12)

Snapple Antioxidant Water:
Purified water, sugar, potassium citrate (electrolyte), citric acid, natural flavors, fruit and vegetable juices (for color), modified corn starch, calcium lactate (electrolyte), calcium gluconate (electrolyte), magnesium lactate (electrolyte), vitamin E acetate, calcium disodium edta (to maintain freshness), grape seed extract, zinc gluconate (electrolyte), vitamin A palmitate, EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), manganese gluconate (electrolyte).

vitamin water my favorite xxx the best tastes insanely good

vitami water is better than snapple but it still has alot of calories. if that is the problem then try propel

They are about the same. Both contain the same amount of sugar and calories. As far as vitamin content, you'll need to compare labels for a particular type of Vitamin water. They are all different and contain different vitamins.

This seems like a silly question to me. I'd stick with regular water and take a vitamin supplement. Don't forget to get you're vitamin D. I read in the paper last week that it's the trendy vitamin.
