Ive heard that the yellow one is the worst but other than that all of them are pretty much good for your health.They are filled with benefiting electrolytes.
only the yellow kind, it has a certain chemical in it that can cause cancer.
as long as you don't mind taking in 125 calories per bottle, I think they are fine.
it has quite abit of sugar in it, other than that its good for you
