It depends on which state you work in. If your state goes with the federal minimum, then you will make at least $2 above that, which I think makes it somewhere around $7.50 + tips. In NY, WA, HI, and CA they pay much higher. I think in CA it is somewhere around $ 9.50, but you also make tips, anywhere from $1-3 per hour. Plus, free bevvies while you are working, a free pound of coffee every week, 30% discount, stock options, and cheap insurance.

Not sure about salary - depends on the area you live in. But I do know you get free coffee - and I'd work there just for that! :)
It depends on where you live. and minimum wage.
You can almost always negotiate salary for any job at any company. Ask them at the interview.
