Whats the deal with Kool-aid?!

Question: at king soopers a six pack of kool-aid is $.99 and a bottle of arrowhead water or something is like $1.25. How can kool-aid be cheaper than its main ingredient, which also happens to be the most abundant resource on earth?

Because the rest of society uses tap water to make Kool-Aid, where as the true gourmet needs to add bottled water?

The production and material costs are different. Kool-Aid is citric Acid, some bulk colour (I have dyed my hair with Kool-Aid and we recently buffed the bluing of a rifle off with Kool-Aid as well), anti-caking agents and a plastic paper wrapper. Bottle water requires filtering, osmosis to remove bacteria, and then there are the thick plastic bottle and the demand. Kool-Aid requires far less machinery than bottled water.

I drink tap water, and I don't drink Kool-Aid, look at the savings right there.

gotta love the world we live in eh? lol*
things that make ya go "hmmmm??" lol~

Yeah, sometimes in foreign countries and here in the U.S. I have noticed that soda was actually cheaper than water too.

there is nothing in kool aid to charge for

uh cause its a little package of flavor and sugar -that you put in with water...

BEER IS ALSO CHEAPER THAN PEPSI WTF?
