Fruit turns dark with oxidation. Fruit with less acidity does so more rapidly.

You should consume your smoothies after you make them. It's not something that's reasonable to make in a big batch and then have the next day. The idea is that you're having fresh fruit. It's not fresh if it's lost a lot of its nutrients through oxidation.

that means i can`t make it 4-5 hours before a party...and then serve it during the party? Report It
