Water is great because you need water or you can dehydrate yourself. Your body is like around 75% water and you are constantly losing water as you sweat. Gatorade is good as well because it contains important electrolytes for your brain, and carbohydrates in sugar for energy.

Water. Gatorade keeps you thirsty.

Gatorade for sure...replenishes and rehydrates essentil carbohydrates.

Haven't looked at a gatorade bottle lately, but if it has sugar, then the above is a good thing to know :)

Gatorade is better because it taste better and water keeps you thirsty!
