tea leaves, currently I am into Jasmine Pearl green tea, the leaves are rolled up like little balls till they hit hot water, it's cool. and delicious!
I like to use a china tea pot and tea leaves of a good quality and blend and make sure the teapot has been preheated with boiling water before you make the tea. Let it infuse a few minutes, but strain the tea leaves before pouring into a cup, a fine bone china cup and saucer under it please.

Ground tea, very finely ground tea. Its easier to prepare - just like mixing instant coffee with hot or cold water. Besides, its healthier for the body because of the fiber which helps sweep away the "rubbish" we take inside our body.
Whole leaves. It's easier to get an idea of the quality of the tea; ground tea too frequently includes sweepings from inferior quality leaves.
