pekoe is tea from the tea plant.All tea plants and coffee have some caffein
herbal tea has NO tea plant. mint tea, may be mint leaves only- no caffein at all. Chamomile has NO caffein

I doubt it does have caffiene since chamomile is a "herbal" tea made from a flower - Chamomile.
Chamomile is a different plant species than plant that's used to make traditional teas.
Chamomile tea is an herbal tea and does not have caffeine.
I think you mean chamomile & it doesn't have any caffine in it or any herbal teas for that matter !
