It's your body's way of shutting down so you don't drink any more of it.

I have the same problem - it's my 'bed-time drink'. Unfortunately i don't have an answer for you. If your anything like me and drink far too much coffee, all i can suggest is that your body has adapted to the level of caffiene you take and it has little effect on you anymore.

Well it`s usually the other way about maybe you need to get your blood pressure checked,

When coffee is consumed by adults, it makes them wake up. But caffine has the opposite effects on younger people and makes them tired. How old are you?

usaully caffeine makes you really hyper but then since it wears out actually get more tired. So caffeine is pretty bad for you.

I am highly sensitive to caffeine so have to be careful. It is a stimulant so it can make us hyper which uses energy and afterwards we are tired. A bit like having a sugar burst and soon afterwards feel hungry.

Your not drinking enough of it!

You're lucky cos' it can be used as a soporific. As for myself, it's the other way round. Whenever I drink coffee or diet coke for instance, I can't get round to sleep in the evening, I'm all stressed out...I don't know maybe I drink too much of it and you not enough, I usually drink half a liter altogether but not everyday.

caffiene is a stimulant. the more u go up the more you'll come down. try orange juice , contains vitamin C which means you build up natural energy

Caffeine is a stimulant/relaxer. It does slow down the body. It stimulates your mind and it helps relax your body. (Natural caffeine anyway.)
