What kinds of things will they check during my physical?
Will I need to take my clothes off? I wouldn't feel comfortable doing so...

I got a physical for my working papers and no you dont have to take your clothes off. You might need to lift your shirt up so that they can touch around your boob to make sure you dont have cancer but thats it for the whole being nakes thing.
get over it. if u ever want to have a job u need to face your fears and just do it. there are going to be many times in your life when u will have to be naked in front of a dr or a nurse, its not the end of the world. they arent going to make fun of you or something, its their job to make sure u are healthy for work.
