I applaud you for drinking seltzer, it is great for you as it provides you with a lot of water. No it does nothing to your bone density, that is a myth with no scientific evidence to back it.

As for soda being ok for you, it is absolutely NOT. Coca Cola has taken to putting on their packaging that their soda hydrates you, but it does the opposite. Think of all the sodium and sugar (in the form of high fructose corn syrup and invert sugar which are the two chemicals most used in food processing that contribute to america's unnaturally high spike in type 2 diabetes, commonly referred to as adult onset [they changed the name because now kids are getting it earlier and earlier from soda consumption]). Those things are take moisture away from your body, and they are NOT present in seltzer. Also, think about what the sugars in soda do to your teeth, the rotting and the staining. Ick.
These are the main reasons I switched from soda to seltzer.

There is nothing wrong with soda water. It's not going to do anything bad to you at all. The only thing that reduces bone density is not getting enough calcium.

No cons. I love that stuff, just eat some Tums afterwards or something.
