I'm from Texas, and everything is called Coke. You just have to specify what type of coke you want, be it Dr Pepper, Sprite, Coke, Pepsi, etc.

I'm from Texas and I call it pop. People say that's weird, but my best friend is from Michigan...so I think his slang kind of rubbed off on me.
