Soda is the Hitler of food. It's one of the worst things you can put into your body due to the high fructose corn syrup and sugar content. Not to mention it can give you kidney stones, make you fat, and lots of other problems. Drink 100% No Sugar Added Fruit Juice instead... who doesn't love a glass of tasty juice?

of course its unhealty.
soda has so much cafenine and sugar.
try to stop:]
it can be addictive.

I know how you feel. I do the same thing. Even after I learned what was in it I was still addicted to it. My solution to get off coke was try to cut down one coke at a time and not completely. Replace it with water, juice, tea, etc. The reason for this is that when you stop drinking coke you you don't have anything else to drink so you start drinking coke again. Hope this helps.

try to go down to like one a day and then down to like one every few days and then like try like once a week and special occasions!
No, it is actualy prettty bad for you!

it's unhealthy. if you are overweight thanks to the coke's i suggest you lose weight. sorry, to say that.

Yup... soda's terrible for you.
A good substitute is to mix a naturally low-sugar juice (like orange juice... apple and grape have tons of sugar) with some seltzer water or club soda. You get the same fizzy effect as soda, and I think it tastes really good. Plus, diluting the juice with seltzer cuts down on the sugar content. You can also use flavored seltzer.

That is not okay. Coke weakens the enamel on your teeth, has alot of sugar and things your body doesn't need, and researchers now think that it has something in it that causes heart problems. So drinking to much of it is a bad thing.
