What is the perfect temp to brew coffee or tea?!

Question: I'm not a big coffee person, but I've just read 195 degrees for that.

On the other hand I do know tea, and the best temp depends on the type:
Black: Boiling (212 degrees)
Green: 180 degrees
White: 180 degrees
Oolong: 180-200 degrees

Good question. I wish I knew for sure.
I would guess that it would be slightly below boiling temperature... coffee makers brew coffee that is quite hot but not boiling.

Hi, for most tea -it should be 195 F and if you are using drip filter for coffee, then it would be 195 F as well. If you are using espresso machines, then the temperature would be 220 F.
