Milk....???!


Question: i dont drink milk, i am not lacto or anything i just dont like it.
i will drink choco milk and eat like cookies and cake and stuff i just dont drink plain white milk.
would this affect me???

hey i don't like it either i wouldn't blam ya its gross but i asked around and ppl said you just need to eat other dairy produces!! lol tehe!!

As long as you get milk from other products you eat you are fine. There are many people who don't like milk. As long as you eat cheese, yogurt, ice cream and other products made from milk you should be fine.

I think if you eat cheese, yogurt and other dairy products you will be fine.

Not drinking milk will not affect you as long as you get your nutrients from other foods. But milk is a rich source of calcium and vitamins especially A,D,E,K. The fact that it is the only source of food for the babies of any mammal including humans till they reach they are ready to eat solid food tells you how much nutrients it contains. That why milk is called the 'nature's most complete food'.
As you don't like to drink milk you can drink yoghurt and cheese as they are fermented milk which have a pleasant flavour and most importantly the nutrients contained in them are in predigested form.

Lol, I don't drink milk on my own free will. I only drink it when my mom makes me. But try to drink atleast a glass of milk a day, or two. Or get calcium vitamins.
