How do you make a Pina Colada Virgin?!

7 oz pineapple juice, 2 oz coconut cream, 1 cup crushed ice.
Add the pineapple juice, coconut cream and crushed ice to a blender; blend at high speed. Pour into a collins glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a pineapple wedge, and serve. makes 1 serving.
There are mixes out that you can make Pina Coladas with by just adding ice and blending it up.
also, a can of Coco Lopez, and pineapple juice, add about 1 tablespoon of Coco Lopez for each 8 oz. of pineapple juice.
Blend in blender.
Add more or less of each to suit your taste.
Use the Barcadi frozen mix and use pinapple juice instead of alcohol. They are delicious.
