Why was a strawberry cola never made?!
Answers: We had cherry cola, and Diet Pepsi Jazz is kinda close, but there just isn't a strawberry cola. Anyone know why?
Yea there was, it was part of the wild bunch pepsi made in the 80's but like all of pepsi's new products, it didn't sell and was removed.

Probably because the cherry cola's sales were not particularly great. A strawberry would be kind of the same thing.
I think there are a few out there that are strawberry flavored. I know that Fanta makes a strawberry flavor.
Other than that, I'm sure that the other companies, like Pepsi, have tried it, but maybe it just doesn't taste that good.

Actually, Welch's is still making a strawberry soda. It's available in Korea, where I am now, and last time I checked, it was still sold in the States. It's not in Canada, though, which is pretty disappointing.
There used to be Nehi strawberry.
