Answers: does red bull really do anything for your body ?.

Red bull has lots of sugar in it.
It gives you 'energy' after drinking, because it contains caffeine just like coffee.
So, what red bull really do to our body is just the same as what coffee do to us. And according to what i have learnt in school, caffeine is not really that goo to our bones. So, although red bull provides us with energy and waken us up, it is slowly causing harm to our bones.

nothing good, it has tons of sugar, or artificial sweeteners, also tons of caffine and herbs that stimulate

gets your heart pumping and if you have too much of it, it can make your heart over pump and put a strane on your heart and it makes your heart race if you have too much of it

It doesnt do anything for me, I just drink it now for the taste

What David B said. I drink coffee, myself.

I can't drink red bull, it gives me too much energy

ya i do . It gives u energy. DUH

Well no. Water does though try it. And it just makes u hyper

Sorry "americanlife97" not always "DUH". Energy drinks are suppose to do exactly that, give you energy but it has different effects with different people. There were some other energy drinks that literally put me to sleep.

Like me for instance, a vitamin B complex or ginseng is suppose to give you energy too. It makes me lazy and lethargic so it's had an adverse affect on me.

But having said all that Red bull definitely works for me. It gives me a bit of a "zing" and gets me through a really rough morning. It does only work for a short while like maybe 3 to 5 hours and then wears off. Yet I can't drink it often as my body gets used to it and then it has no effect on me.
