What do you think about starbucks?hate it or love it?why?!
Not to mention Howard Schultz is a total moron, saying he's sad that Starbucks has lost its "warm" touch and experience, the "true" coffee shop feel. He says he wants to make people feel like they are getting an individual "Starbucks experience!" He then proceeded to say that he would like to open 4,000 more locations in the near future.
That is not to say Starbucks isn't a good company to work for, because of their benefits for full time employees. That doesn't change the nastiness of their coffee, however. It's still low quality swill.
God, I am so grossed out that people still want to drink this stuff. It's the McDonalds of coffee.
Answers: Starbucks is disgusting. It's sad that there are people who seriously still like it. It is a bastardization of true coffee. Their coffee is overroasted and burnt, giving it that charcoal-like taste. They roast their beans in large batches, and often keep their beans for a disgustingly extended period of time (after being ground, coffee grounds should really only be kept for another week.) Baristas at Starbucks have no idea how to even steam milk properly, the foam in their milk looks like soap bubbles, not foam. (NO, your milk is not supposed to look like it just came out of your washing machine!) Rather than having the ability to differentiate between how to steam latte milk versus cappuccino milk, they either hold back the foam with a spoon for lattes or spoon out the foam onto the top for cappuccinos. It's total incompetence and lack of training because Starbucks only cares about sales, not quality. They have completely changed the meaning of the word "macchiato" to the general United States public... many people actually think it's supposed to be a sugary crap drink with caramel on top. Dear god. People are drinking disgusting crap but they're such slaves to habit, they don't stop to think about it!

I love starbucks!!! I'm pregnant and its all i'm craving right now..Me and my husband are broke and all i'm begging for is a mocha frap :) They are awesome!
way over priced, theres better coffe houses in mexico and way cheaper, lol

I hate Starbucks. The consistancy between shops is non-existant. I hate the burned taste of Starbucks. Give me a Dutch Brothers coffee any day any time!
