Question about energy drinks?!

Question: I've always wanted to drink one, but I'm afraid it'll make me sick. I've heard that if you drink it without food you'll get nauseous, is that true?

Some people handle caffeine differently. I find that if I don't eat when I have caffeine I feel more of a rush and for longer, but that's just me. I've never gotten nauseous. You'll never know how your body will handle caffeine until you try. But it's a rare thing to get nauseous from having caffeine without food.

you should eat before drink it , its not dangerous if you try it once a week whenever you feel exhausted .

no.,. it will give you a boose of energy for like 2 hours or so then you"ll crash(loose all the energy you just got). dont worry you wont get nauseous

not for me.. i use to drink them all the time.. they are great.
they didn't do much energy wise, but i like the taste

energy drinks arn't a threat, just dont have more then 2 a day because it's caffiene content is high and you don't need that my enegery to burn off lol.
being sick depends on the person, some might feel sick other are fine.
RedBull is my choice out of them.

not really but I do advise you follow it with water. after a while of drinking them straight they can start to dull your teeth. I personally like red bull and red mountain dew.just be ready for the ride. and if you drink try red bull rush 1 shot of vodka and 1 shot of red bull over ice. But eating is always a safe way to try something new

It won't make you feel any worse than if you drank a cup of coffee and then drank a glass of coke. Mildly irritating for the stomach but unless you have ulcers you probably won't notice anything. But obviously if you have an empty stomach with lots of acid it might make you feel a bit queasy but nothing too bad.

is vitamin water good 4 us?
