What kind of milk can i drink if I am lactose intolerant?!

Question: Organic Valley has a Lactose free skim milk and a Lactose free whole milk. It is available in most grocery stores, taste really good (i.e. like milk, and way better than Lactaid), and both me and my boyfriend drink it. (He is lactose intolerant, I am not.) I hope that helps.

Aside from Soy milk you can drink Lactaid. It is lactose free.

My grand baby is lactose intolerant and she drinks soy.
They also make soy ice cream.

They now make several flavors of soy milk. Though to get the best flavor, be sure it is really cold. Enjoy

Lactaid is really good, and pretty expensive.

Either Lactaid or Lactaid tablets with regular milk. You can also just look at your grocery store for a carton that says Lactose Free.
