I think the caffeine stunting your growth thing is an urban myth.
I've never seen any research supporting that claim.
As for shrinking - nope.
Although there is a real factor with will make you shrink maybe up to an inch by your 80s. There are discs between all of your vertebrae and they slowly compress and shorten over the years. But I'm thinking there may be more to that as well that we don't know yet.

Energy drinks, or anything with caffiene, cannot make you shorter. But they can make you stop growing.
