Adkins drinks?!
Answers: Other than water is there any type of drink you can sugg. that is out there while on the adkins diet? So sick of water. I mean yes I'm sure I can have a can of diet pop once a month. but through the day of after comming home from the gym and killing water is getting old. If not it's fine. Thanks
They also have Atkins shakes you can try, they sell those at any Target or Walmart, add ice and you have an instant milkshake without all the guilt.
Add crystal light to your water, lots of flavors also WalMart has their own brand and is a lot cheaper and still tastes great.
Any diet drink is permissable....diet snapples...lol
Just finished reading the book "The Ultimate Tea Diet" and it says to drink tea before and after you work out cause it will speed up your metabolism even more during this period(before and after working out) Doesn't matter what kind of tea as long as it isn't iced tea! Tea is extremely healthy for you.
