When you drink tea does it make a difference if you boil the water?!

Question: Just wondering if there are any benefits between drinking green tea with boiled water or just using hot water? Are the health benefits the same?

The health benefits are exactly the same... BUT there is a big difference in taste. Because oddly enough the temp of the water really changes the taste, i personally enjoy the boiling water for my tea...

Health benefits are the same. Boiling the water to make tea makes the taste of the tea bolder. True tea lovers bring the water just to the boiling point (one or two bubbles) and then pour it into a tea pot and insert the tea ball to steep for 10 to 15 minutes. But make yours the way you like the taste.

The health benefits are the same. To my own experience, I prefer to drink green tea with hot water. I'm from Asia and I know that to make a real green tea cup (with wonderful taste) is a comlex process.

there really bis no difference and tastes the same but microwaving is quicker
